Frequently asked questions
Yes. Aruma is a registered NDIS provider. Registration means we are approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. For you, it is a sign that our support meets national safety and quality requirements, and that participants with NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed funding can choose Aruma.
We offer a range of supports that may include home and living, social and community participation, positive behaviour support, and work ready employment programs. To find out more contact our local team to discuss what is available near you.
It’s NDIS-funded support that helps you take part in social, recreational and community activities with a dedicated support worker by your side. You choose what you do — your support worker helps you feel confident doing it.
Club Aruma is Aruma’s community participation day program. It’s where people come to connect with others, try new activities and get out and about with support. Think cooking classes, art workshops, weekend adventures, group outings, gaming, sports and more.
Everything is led by participants. You choose what you want to do, and our team helps make it happen. Whether it’s joining a regular group activity at the hub, heading out into the community one-on-one, or planning a bigger adventure like a day trip or event, it’s all about doing the things you actually enjoy.
Club Aruma runs activities throughout the week and is open to NDIS participants. No wait lists, just get in touch and we’ll chat about what works for you.
