Our community participation services

Community participation means different things to different people. Some want to explore new hobbies and meet friends at our vibrant Club Aruma hubs. Others prefer one-on-one support to try new activities in their local area. We work with you to design support that matches your goals, interests and how you like to spend your time.

We put you at the centre of everything we do – keeping you safe, providing effective support, and working together with your support network, this is what we call the Aruma Way.

One-on-one community support

Get out and do the things that matter to you. Stay connected, learn new skills, and have fun. Your Aruma support worker is right there with you, as you reach your goals your way.

Whether it’s going to the gym, catching up with friends, learning to cook, or exploring your local community, we help you build independence and confidence. Our support workers get to know you and what you enjoy, so every outing is designed around your interests.
