- Your private living quarters will be shared with just one other resident, and includes: 2 bedrooms, a large living area, a new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry
- A large communal courtyard is shared with all 6 residents, and has a covered walkway
- No stairs, level entry through front common area.

Applicant considerations
This vacancy is best suited for a male.
The current residents are a mix of males and females. Most enjoy their own space within their individual living areas, however come together for social BBQs and activities.
Support in the home is based on a 5 person arrangement and includes active overnight support. Additional support is also available as required and funded. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management.

Funding
To apply for this vacancy you will be asked to have funding for accommodation in your NDIS plan, and to pay rent and utilities. We will also ask you or your important person to sign an agreement.
