The property

This property is suitable for both children and adults (at separate times), for overnight stays.

Berkeley respite is located next to a primary school and can be a little noisy between 9am-3pm on school days.

Support can be provided 24 hours, 7 days a week. Current staff ratio is 1:2, this can increase to accommodate individual customer needs.

• 5 bedroom house, with shared open-plan kitchen, dining and living room
• Fully fenced with a small outdoor area at the side of the house, raised garden and an undercover area
• Large TV and DVD player
• Built to meet disability standards: wide doorways, level access to all areas, wheelchair access and fire exits in all bedrooms, mobile customer hoists, and bathrooms fitted with high/lo spa bath and shower trolley
• Access to the property is via a driveway down the side of our group home; there is a Mercedes sprinter with wheelchair hoist to enable customers to travel in their wheelchairs.
