The property includes room for Onsite Overnight Accommodation (OOA) and the residences share access to a central communal open space including a hydrotherapy pool.
Each dwelling has been designed to take advantage of Cairn’s tropical climate, with outdoor and indoor living spaces facing north, and opportunities for cross ventilation. There is currently one vacancy available, ready for the new resident to add their own furnishings and belongings.
This home is a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property, but we have the flexibility to welcome NDIS participants who have funding for Supported Independent Living (SIL) only.

Best suited to those who enjoy living in a bustling community.
24/7 on-site support can be available up to 2:1, as required and funded. Our staff have experience with supporting people with intellectual disabilities and have completed mental health, positive behaviour support, person-centred active support, personal care, manual handling and medication administration training.

Funding
To apply for this home you must have funding for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in your NDIS plan. You will be required to pay rent and utilities, and you or your important person must sign an agreement.
