We work with patients through different funding streams. That includes NDIS participants and patients covered by state funded accident insurance like iCare (NSW), NIISQ (National Injury Insurance Scheme QLD), and TAC (Transport Accident Commission VIC).

We fit right into what you’re already doing. Our teams work directly with your discharge planners and allied health staff from day one. We can start planning while the patient’s still with you, come to your team meetings, and be part of handover sessions.

Absolutely. We know some patients have complex situations that keep changing. Our teams work with your staff to come up with support plans that can shift as needs change. We help make the most of whatever funding is available and keep everyone in the loop, so patients have what they need when they get home or move into a new home. Our goal is to support smooth transitions that reduce length of stay while ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
