The current residents are 4 females aged 29–45 years, who have a range of interests including local outings, taking walks, dining out, picnics, drawing, technology, and watching movies.

The current staff ratio is 2:5 during the day, with sleepover night support. Staff experience and training includes manual handling, epilepsy and diabetes.
