Current residents are male between 45-55. They enjoy watching sports, walking and visiting family.
The current support model includes inactive overnight sleepover support. Our staff have experience with person centred active support, positive behaviour support, personal care, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following allied health professionals plans, mealtime management, nutrition and swallowing, advanced first aid, medication management as well as specialised customer training where required. This home offers support based on individual needs.
Funding
To apply for this home you must have funding for Supported Independent Living (SIL) in your NDIS plan. You will be required to pay rent and utilities, and you or your important person must sign an agreement.
