Applicant considerations
This vacancy is best suited for a female aged 30-49 years, who is social, easy going, and enjoys community outings.
The current residents are female and aged 39-59 years. They enjoy music, movies, arts & crafts, eating out, spending time outdoors, and engaging in community events.
Support in the home is based on a 3 person arrangement and includes inactive overnight sleepover support. Additional support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding.
Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management.
Funding
To apply for this vacancy you will be asked to have funding for accommodation in your NDIS plan, and to pay rent and utilities. We will also ask you or your important person to sign an agreement.
