These two-bedroom apartments have been designed for people who value their independence and want a place to truly call their own, with the comfort of knowing 24/7 support is just nearby. Each apartment is a single-resident home, giving you privacy, space and the freedom to live life on your terms.

Designed to meet High Physical Support SDA standards, every apartment has been thoughtfully crafted to support independence and ease.

Each apartment includes

• Two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, ideal as a master plus second bedroom or study
• Fully accessible private ensuite, plus a separate WC
• Open-plan kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light, with timber flooring throughout
• Private balcony with direct access from the living area
• Wide hallways, step-free access and provision for ceiling hoist and assistive technology
• Split-system heating and cooling, dishwasher, Euro laundry and contemporary kitchen finishes
• Whitegoods included plus a contribution towards moving costs for new residents

Smart home and assistive technology

• Home automation readiness for doors and blinds, with tablet and smartphone app access
• Internal communication system, intercom and video doorbell
• Pets welcome

Communal and shared spaces

• Two grand, hotel-style lobbies with onsite concierge

Applicant considerations

Ideally suited to NDIS participants with single-resident SDA apartment approval (High Physical Support category) who value independence and the flexibility to manage their day within an onsite shared support arrangement.
