Support in the home is based on a 4 person arrangement and includes active overnight support. Additional support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management.
