Part of the Aruma Way Quality Framework, our Together goal is all about working in partnership with our participants and their support network.
At Aruma, we are committed to working Together as one team, alongside the people we support and the people important to them, including family, carers, other service providers, healthcare professionals and Support Coordinators.
This means supports are planned, coordinated and delivered in partnership, so the people we support receive what they need, when they need it, and everyone is on the same page about their plans and goals.
Together commitments
Our Together commitments mean that:
- Support is planned and provided in partnership with the people we support and others important to them, such as family, carers, other service providers, healthcare professionals and Support Coordinators
- Services and supports are well coordinated, so the people we support receive what they need, when they need it
- Everyone works as a team and is on the same page about the plans and goals of the people we support
- Shared services and operations work together seamlessly to ensure the people we support and staff have the information and resources they need
- The people we support can make meaningful connections to their community
- Teams collaborate with each other and share knowledge to facilitate connected supports
- The people we support are involved in decision making together with their families, carers, health professionals and other relevant people
- Different disciplines work together to meet the needs of the people we support
