Aruma’s Summerland Farm was lucky enough to be included as a tourism hotspot on Sunrise 7News

The live weather cross aired on May 20th, with Molly O’Neill, Hospitality and Tourism Manager, representing Summerland Farm. She shared our services and products with an estimated national reach of 993,000 people.

“To even be approached for this opportunity was a great honour! We have been around for a long time, so it’s a great testament to the reputation we have built for ourselves. It was fantastic to choose what we wanted to present and get our key messages out there. The exposure for us is phenomenal,” said Elke Robinson, Product Development & Customer Experience Manager at Summerland Farm.

Molly took centre stage to showcase our products to Katie Brown, the presenter. She also highlighted a new, one-of-a-kind, immersive, and inclusive experience coming to the Farm soon.

“We were very grateful to get to tease the new immersive tour coming later in the year. It will be a big point of difference for us and make us a leader in accessible tourism. It’s perfect because inclusion is what we’re all about,” shared Elke.

“Molly did an amazing job, and the whole team is proud of her. We’ve even had our Supported Employee’s saying, ‘I saw you on the telly yesterday.’ She has been here for 8 years and deeply understands what we do and our products, so we knew she would blow it out of the park. And just look at her, it’s like she’s made for TV,” said Elke.

Elke joined the team in February this year and loves their focus on being brave and bold in their rapid growth of offerings and services.

The launch of the new tour is just one of the many exciting things coming up, so keep an eye on the website for more news!
