The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) is undertaking a Practice Standard Review to guide the delivery of high quality supports that better realise the human rights of participants.
The work aims to understand how redesigning the Practice Standards and developing a NDIS Quality Framework may provide clearer expectations for NDIS registered providers on what is required to deliver high quality, safe and participant-centred supports.
The NDIS Commission’s Practice Standard review is in response to recommendations from the Disability Royal Commission and NDIS Review, as well as the NDIS Commission’s Own Motion Inquiry and consultations.
The NDIS Commission would like to hear your views and has engaged KPMG to undertake sector-wide consultation with participants, providers, disability representative organisations, quality auditors and other stakeholders in all states and territories.
