Each year the BRAVE Awards are held to recognise Aruma employees and teams who go above and beyond to deliver excellence to our participants and their families. This year, we’d like to give our participants the option to nominate a staff member or a team who have made a significant difference to their lives.
Nominating a staff member for a BRAVE Award is as simple as completing the online nomination form here.
This year you have the choice to either type out your nomination, or take a video on your phone and upload the video to the nomination form.
You can also submit your nomination by:
- Contacting Kylie Watts on 0403323582 to provide details of your nomination over the phone.
- Write who you are nominating and why on a piece of paper and give it to a manager to submit on your behalf.
- Email a video of your nomination to Kylie Watts at kylie.watts@aruma.com.au
Nominations close on 30th June 2025 for inclusion in the 2025 BRAVE Awards. Awards will be presented to staff at the Aruma Annual General Meeting in November 2025.
