Leading disability provider Aruma has announced Centelon Solutions as the Platinum Sponsor of its annual Human Rights Conference, which will be held on the Gold Coast on 12 November 2025.
This landmark event, now in its ninth year, brings together thought leaders, advocates, and community changemakers to explore bold ideas and practical actions for a more inclusive Australia.
The theme for this year is, Be Bold. Be You – Let’s smash stereotypes together. The conference will bring together people with lived experience to discuss, and raise awareness, about diversity and inclusion.
Martin Laverty, CEO of Aruma said: “This annual event is a highlight on Aruma’s calendar. Our approach is led by our Human Rights Advisory Committee, which includes customers, staff, families, and Human Rights Advisors. Together, they help drive important conversations and ensures Aruma upholds the rights of people with disabilities.
“We’re grateful to Centelon Solutions for partnering with us to deliver this special event.”
Anand Narayanswami, CEO of Centelon Solutions said: “We are honoured to support the annual Human Rights Conference, which brings vital attention to equality, dignity, and inclusion for all Australians. Centelon is deeply committed to advancing these values through the work we do with organisations like Aruma. Our partnership reflects a shared focus on empowering people with disabilities and driving meaningful transformation that creates lasting social impact.”
The day will feature an incredible line-up of speakers and engaging sessions, led by people with disability. In person attendance will be wheelchair accessible and there will be an Auslan interpreter onsite.
