Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management and advanced first aid. Staff have been supporting this home long term and are able to undergo specialised customer training where required. This home offers support based on individual needs.
This home has a support model including inactive overnight support.
