Applicant considerations
These homes would suit both males and females with High Physical Support funding, looking to explore their independence with the comfort and security of Onsite Overnight Assistance.
Support is tailored to each resident’s individual needs. Staff bring a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person-centred active support, mental health, intellectual and neurological disabilities, mealtime management and medication management. Staff also follow allied health professional plans to ensure care is consistent and coordinated.

Funding
To apply for this vacancy you will be asked to have funding for accommodation in your NDIS plan, and to pay rent and utilities. We will also ask you or your important person to sign an agreement.
