Current staff ratio is 1:4, or 3:5 at peak times, with active overnight support. 1:1 support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding. Staff experience and training includes: manual handling, hoist transfer, palliative care, safe nutrition and swallowing, supporting customers with positive behaviour support plans, alternative communication and dual diagnosis.
