Support in the home is based on a 4 person arrangement and available as required and funded. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including manual handling, personal care, person centred active support, mental health, intellectual and neurological disabilities, advanced first aid, mealtime management, nutrition and swallowing, medication management, autism and positive behaviour support.
