Gina is a senior corporate lawyer with extensive leadership experience.
In addition to ensuring governance excellence throughout the organisation and being Aruma’s in-house lawyer, Gina also leads Aruma's response to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.

Linda Justin

Chief Customer & Practice Officer

Linda ensures that the collective voice of our customers is front and centre at Aruma.

She is an experienced community sector practitioner and researcher, and is currently pursuing her PhD, with a focus on "understanding cultures that support and foster improvement and excellence.”

Tiffany Roxburgh

Chief Financial Officer

Tiffany leads our finance and property teams. She is a Chartered Accountant with an outstanding mix of skills and experience, and has held a range of senior finance and executive roles.

Brett Lacey

Executive Director, Businesses and Children’s Services

Brett leads our portfolio of businesses that employ people with a disability. He also leads our early intervention and statutory out-of-home children’s services. He has over 20 years’ experience working with NFP organisations, leading operations through major industry, funding and regulatory reform.

Rob Watkins

Executive Director, Support Services

Rob heads our adult support services and children’s flexible supports. He has over 20 years’ public sector management experience, including a successful career at Home Care and as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Launch Manager for the Hunter Trial site.

Robyn Eicker

Chief Marketing Officer

Robyn leads the marketing, communications and fundraising functions. She has over 25 years’ experience in commercial marketing with well-known global brands such as Kleenex and Estee Lauder.

Kim Parish

Chief People Officer

Kim leads HR, Learning and Workforce. She previously led an HR consultancy specialising in the NFP sector, and has held executive HR roles in the hospitality, education and health sectors in Europe and London.

Mark Doro

Chief Transformation Officer

Mark leads IT, business transformation and strategic innovation. He previously led transformation at Headspace, and oversaw national and international teams as General Manager of IT at Myer.

Andrew Richardson

Chief Executive Officer

With over twenty years’ senior executive experience, Andrew has been involved with many organisations that provide services to people with a disability, both as a volunteer and parent.
