The visits to the house have been a real highlight and we were made to feel welcome everywhere we went. It was a pleasure meeting all of the residents, their families and friends as well as the staff who do a great job supporting them.
We have met many lovely family members and passionate staff who clearly love what they do. And it has been great to see the respect and quality of the relationships between staff, customers and families.
