The service agreement below sets out the terms on which we accept and act, under a direct debit request (‘your direct debit request’) you give us to debit specified amounts from your account or credit card under the direct debit system. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 1800 068 064.

Our commitment to you

  4. We cannot change our procedures in this agreement or alter the terms or amount of your direct debit request without giving you at least 14 days written notice.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel the direct debit drawing arrangement if two or more drawings are returned unpaid or rejected by your nominated financial institution and to arrange with you an alternate payment method.
  6. We will keep all information pertaining to your nominated account at the financial institution or credit card, private and confidential.
  7. We will only disclose this information we have about you: (a) to the extent specifically required by law; or (b) for the purpose of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim).
