This document outlines the terms of your direct debit agreement with Aruma (formerly House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation) (‘we’ or ‘us’).
By signing a direct debit request, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account. You should refer to the direct debit request and this agreement for the terms of the arrangement between us and you.
The service agreement below sets out the terms on which we accept and act, under a direct debit request (‘your direct debit request’) you give us to debit specified amounts from your account or credit card under the direct debit system. Aruma is collecting information for the purpose of registering you for this campaign and to enlist your support for Aruma. Aruma collects personal information about you in order to provide you with information and direct marketing materials in respect of our charitable objectives.
Unless you opt out or unsubscribe, which you may do at any time, Aruma may contact you in the future via any medium. If you do not provide personal information, Aruma may not be able to provide you with certain information and offers.
To assist our fundraising, we may in confidence disclose your data to other organisations located within/outside Australia.
