A new chapter begins for Aruma as our Belrose site is sold.
Aruma has reached an agreement for the sale of the Belrose site with residential developer Sekisui House.
Sekisui House have delivered more than 13,000 homes across Australia since 2009. They pride themselves on a strong focus on design innovation, quality and sustainability.
The future of the site will be determined by the new landowner who will be required to meet planning requirements.
The sale is due to settle in July, at which time Sekisui House Australia will be able to share more information on their plans.
There may be some preliminary investigative site works on the site before settlement. Our Community Hub program will continue to operate from this site until July.

After almost 60 years at Belrose, we outgrew the site, and the buildings were no longer fit for purpose.
Aruma is required to sell the Belrose property and reinvest the proceeds of the sale in developing or acquiring services that further our Purpose.
Sekisui House has purchased the land for a residential development.
Following the transfer and sale of the site we will use the funds to benefit people with a disability in NSW.
Aruma has recently opened our new Head Office at 20 Rodborough, Frenchs Forest. We have a long-standing history in the area, and we intend to keep a presence on the Northern Beaches.
Hub customers will be provided with plans for their supports next month.
