Applicant considerations

This vacancy is best suited for a male aged 40-65 years, who is active, enjoys shared living and spending time outside.

The current residents are males aged 60+ years. They enjoy socialising, barbecuing, music, movies, eating out, gardening and sports.

Support in the home is based on a 3 person arrangement and inactive overnight sleepover support. Additional support available as required and funded. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, mental health, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following allied health professionals plans, mealtime management, advanced First Aid, medication management, specialised customer training where required. The staff have been supporting the home long-term and the home offers support based on individual needs.
