Current staff ratio is 1:3 with inactive overnight sleepover support. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience to meet customer needs including positive behaviour support, personal care, person centred active support, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following allied health professional plans, advanced first aid, medication management, specialised customer training where required, epilepsy and staff have been supporting the home long-term, offering support based on individual needs.
