Late last year we spent time working on a plan to make sure we’re getting constant feedback from our customers.

We want to understand what they think about us. Are we living up to our You. First promise? What do they think about our Aruma brand? Are the services we’re delivering in line with what they want? What are we doing well? What do we need to work on? These are all questions we want answered on a regular basis.

At Aruma, feedback is a gift! We need hear directly from those we serve – our customers and their families.

So, let’s get right to it… what did our customers tell us?
