For students interested in the disability sector, there's nothing like hands-on work experience.
Aruma (formerly House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation) is a disability service provider, but we’re also so much more. We’re the trusted partner of just over 4,000 people with a disability throughout the east coast of Australia.
If you want to be part of Aruma’s story, and gain valuable work experience, we offer a limited number of work experience placements for secondary school students interested in a career working with people with a disability.
These placements are available in six locations:
For students studying at TAFE or University, Aruma offers a limited number of spots in our student placement program.
Such placements may be available for the following areas of study:
Opportunities may also be available for part-time, casual work, internships and traineeships.
