Following the announcement of Aruma (formerly House with No Steps) as a chosen provider of Victorian disability services, our CEO Andrew Richardson wanted to provide a warm welcome to our transferring customers, their families and carers.
We understand that it takes time to build trusted relationships, and it is our priority to support you in the lead up to the transfer next year.
Family members were posted a Welcome letter from CEO to families mid-December. As this is just the beginning, you can expect to hear from us regularly in coming months! We are looking forward to learning more about you, and how we can support you.
