As mentioned, there is one property in Lalor that is probaly the most suiable in terms of the cohort of residents.
Please take a look at this, and let me know if you would like any further information.

I have also included the property in Sale that i mentioed. i know this location is not suitable, but i wonder if the style of property would work?
This is advertised as a 5 bed house, with an independent unit.
Maybe consider this style of build as an option.
I will liaise with our development team to see if there is anything similar in the pipeline.
