Our Social and Community Services are about supporting people with a disability to take part in their community. At our Duke Street Hub in Grafton, you can get one on one support and we can tailor activities to you! There are so many ways for you to meet people, try new things, learn heaps, and have fun!
From art and crafts, cooking, woodwork, BBQs, movie nights, community outings, fishing and everything in between. There’s always something new happening and everyone gets to choose.
