My top five highlights of the 2015/16 financial year are:
Growing our NDIS customer base by 78% to nearly 700 people ahead of the full roll-out of the NDIS
Being named “Large Employer of the Year” in the 2016 NSW Training Awards
More than doubling the number of children we support and welcoming Summerland Early Intervention Programme and Ballina Early Intervention into the House with No Steps family
Achieving 9% revenue growth to $150.8 million and a $3 million net profit in a challenging external environment
Recording strong employee engagement and high retention rates across our 2500 strong workforce
