This is a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property.

This vacancy is best suited for a male or female aged aged 55–75 years, who is quiet and easy going, with a good sense of humour. Current residents are 3 friendly males aged 56–74, who enjoy getting out and about, discos, music, movies, community activities and involvement in household decisions. They also enjoy their own space and privacy at times. All require the use of wheelchairs.

The current staff ratio is 1:2 during peak times, 1:3 early morning and 1:6 for sleepover support. Staff experience and training includes: epilepsy, Midazolam, manual handling, dysphagia and pressure care.
