The current residents are 3 males and 1 female aged 28–49 years, who enjoy relaxing outdoors, art and craft and watching movies. One resident is mobile and the other residents are wheelchair users.

Current staff ratio is 3:5 (6:00 to 20:00) and 1:5 active overnight support. Staff have experience with a variety of disability and health needs, in particular high manual handling support and working with epilepsy.
