This vacancy is best suited for a male or female aged 30–60 years, who likes communal living and engaging with house mates, group activities and has strong family involvement.
Current residents are 3 males and 1 female aged in their 30s–50s, who enjoy getting out into the local community, arts and crafts, 10 pin bowling, and spending time with family. All are ambulant, and 2 require the use of aids.
Staff are experienced in supported independent living, skills development, personal care and domestic
activities, community access and some behavioural support experience.
The current staff ratio is 2:5 during peak times, with one staff for sleepover support.
