This vacancy is best suited for a male or female aged 40-60 years old who enjoys accessing the local community and likes to socalise but also happy to be independent in activities.
The current residents are a mix of 4 males and females aged from their 40s to 60s. They enjoy music, gardening, eating out, arts & crafts and spending time outdoors.
Support in the home is based on a 5 person arrangement with additional support available as required and funded. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professionals plans, Intellectual and neurological disabilities, mental health, mealtime and medication management.
The home offers support based on individual needs.
