The current residents are females and males aged 30 – 59. They enjoy football, listening to music, watching movies, eating out, BBQ’s, arts and crafts, sports and socialising.
Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, high physical support, manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, intellectual and neurological disabilities, following allied health professional plans, mealtime management, medication management, dysphagia support and incontinence. This home has been supported long-term and offers support based on individual needs.
Funding
To apply for this vacancy you will be asked to have funding for accommodation in your NDIS plan, and to pay rent and utilities. We will also ask you or your important person to sign an agreement.
