Current daytime staff ratio is 1:1 (06:00-22:00) with sleepover support overnight. Additional support is available as needed, depending on your NDIS funding. Staff have a wide range of skills and experience, including positive behaviour support, personal care, medication management, PEG feeding and manual handling training.
