We’ve welcomed a new Chief Financial Officer – Tiffany Roxburgh.

Tiffany brings outstanding skills, experience and personal passion to our newly-merged organisation.

“As the new CFO, it’s my primary goal to ensure we use our funding to provide the best value services and options for our customers. I am excited by the opportunities presented by the merger, which has further strengthened both organisations, and to work through the changes required by the ongoing rollout of the NDIS,” she said.

Ms Roxburgh is a Chartered Accountant and comes from a background of logistics support solutions in the resources sector and related industries. She held senior roles at Deloitte, and an executive role at Bis Industries, a resource logistics company.

Andrew Richardson, CEO of House with No Steps (now Aruma), welcomed Ms Roxburgh, saying her values and passion aligned with our merged organisation.

“Tiffany brings an outstanding mix of skills, passion and experience to this vital leadership role. I’m confident Tiffany will add great value to our team, and to the thousands of people with disability we are privileged to support,” Mr Richardson said.

“Everyone who met with and interviewed Tiffany was impressed by her capability, experience, strong personal values and passion for our work.

“We are delighted she has chosen to join us at this exciting time of opportunity.”

Ms Roxburgh joined the merged organisation on Monday 14 May and is based in their Belrose office in Sydney, New South Wales.
