Love is in the air at Morwell

“Anthony is the man of my dreams, and I love that he calls me an angel. We are very in love,” said Sally, a participant from Morwell Hub in South-Eastern Victoria.

Anthony, her partner of 8 years, had the same to say about her, “One thing I love about Sally is that she is patient. She is my girlfriend, my dream love.”

Their love for each other is obvious in every smile, hug, and look they share, so of course, we had to sit down with the couple and hear all about their love story in the lead-up to Valentine’s Day.

“I first met Anthony at my 21st birthday party, and we started dating from there,” said Sally.

21 was also a special year for Anthony, as it was then that he started working at the radio station where he has just celebrated his milestone 18th year.

Sally loves tuning into Anthony’s show, and he has been teaching her some tricks.

“Sally was our special guest DJ at the Morwell Hub open day, and she was a superstar. I think we will both be superstars on the DJ decks,” said Anthony.

When they’re at Morwell Hub, they love spending time with each other and their other friends, as well as head to the shops.

“I have been managing Morwell Hub for three years but have been with Aruma since 2009. I absolutely love my job here. Getting to know everyone’s personalities and working with guys like Anthony and Sally – how could I not love my job?” Shared Cheryl Stockdale, Service Lead Community.

On date night, the lovebirds enjoy dressing up and heading to a fancy restaurant to share a meal. This is on the cards for Valentine’s Day, but they are also considering heading to the cinema.

We can’t wait to see what’s next for Anthony and Sally.
